President Donald Trump lashed out at Reuters’ White House Correspondent Jeff Mason during a press conference on Thursday.
Jeff Mason began by asking President Trump whether he would concede the election if the electoral votes declare former Vice President Joe Biden the victor of the presidential election. The president responded by calling the election a “fraud,” and as he continued with his answer, Mason interrupted the president.
“Don’t talk to me that way,” Trump said. “You’re just a lightweight. Don’t talk to me that way. Don’t talk to –”
“I’m the President of the United States,” Trump continued. “Don’t ever talk to the president that way. Alright, I’m going to go with another question.”

President Trump often goes after reporters during press conference and has made comments towards Reuters’ Jeff Mason in the past. Back in October, he poked fun at him for wearing a face mask inside the Oval Office.
After his scolding, the president opted to allow a female reporter to ask the next question. At that point, Trump said that he will “certainly” leave the White House if the electoral college does declare Joe Biden victor.
However, the president once again repeated his belief that “massive fraud” went on during the election and compared the election to that of “a third-world country,”
